The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Connected With The Insulation Of The Building. This Involves Insulating The Building Shell, Replacing Old Windows With New Plastic Ones And Insulating The Roof Structure. The Visual Appearance Of The Building Will Only Change In Color, New Building Openings In The Facade Will Not Be Created. As Part Of The Implementation, The Window Panels Of The Hall Of The Building Will Also Be Replaced, Where The Existing Copilite Glass Blocks Will Be Replaced By Plastic Windows With Triple Glazing (In Part Of The Descriptive Number 199).
