The Address Of The Object Is Espoonlahdentie 2-4, 02360 Espoo. The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Construction Site And The Prevailing Conditions On His Own. In Addition, Photographs Taken Of The Contract Site Are Attached To The Tender Request. The Customer Will Choose One Supplier Based On The Competition. The Preliminary Contract Period Is May 25 - August 7, 2026. The Contract Will Be Implemented As A Total Contract. All Works And Procurements Presented In The Tender Documents Are Included In The Overall Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Customer Does Not Commit To The Announced Procurement Quantities. Addendum To The Request For Tenders 10 December 2025: The Site Will Be Offered The Opportunity To Climb Onto The Water Roof On The Following Days: 18.12 From 14:00 To 14:30, 23.12 At 14-14:30, 13.1 At 14:30-15. If Bidders Are Willing To Go Up On The Roof, They Must Notify It By 9 A.M. On The Desired Day At The Latest By E-Mail To [email protected].
