Request For Information And Invitation To Market Dialogue: Hiring Specialist Medical Workforce In The Specialties Of Psychiatry For The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area

This Document Is Not A Procurement Notice, An Invitation To Negotiations, Nor A Request For Tenders, But A Request For Information Related To Market Mapping And An Invitation To Market Dialogue. The Purpose Of This Request For Information And Invitation To Market Dialogue Is To Hear From The Service Providers In The Market Who Rent Specialist Medical Staff In The Fields Of Psychiatry, And To Hear Their Views Regarding The Planned Procurement Package. This Is A Service According To Annex E Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Flexible Electronic Procurement, Which Means The Procurement Procedure Defined And Described By The Purchaser In Accordance With Chapter 12 Of The Procurement Act To Acquire The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Procedure Is Similar To The Dynamic Procurement System According To Sections 49-52 Of The Procurement Act, But In This Procurement Procedure, The Provisions Concerning The Said Procedure Are Followed Only To The Extent Applicable. It Is Therefore Not A Dynamic Procurement System As Referred To In Sections 49-52 Of The Procurement Act, Nor A Framework Arrangement As Referred To In Section 42 Of The Procurement Act. The Estimated Publication Of The Request For Participation Is In February 2026 And A Procedure Similar To The Dynamic Procurement System Will Be Valid Until 31 December 2036, Unless It Is Interrupted Earlier.
