Contract For The Drafting Of The Basic And Executive Project And Execution Of The Works For A Pedestrian Walkway That Connects The Urban Center With The Mata-Rocafonda Estate And The Improvement Of The Urbanization Of The Stream Bank Next To The Estate And The Naturalization Of The Open Spaces..The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Drafting Of The Basic And Executive Project And The Execution Of The Works Of A Pedestrian Walkway That Connects The Urban Center With The Mata-Rocafonda Estate And The Improvement Of The Urbanization Of The Edge Of The Stream On The Side Of The Estate And The Naturalization Of The Open Spaces. Comprises: ▪ Drafting Of The Basic And Executive Project And The Safety And Health Study In Accordance With The Binding Preliminary Project “Improvement Of Urban Integration And Accessibility For Pedestrians Of The Industrial Park Of Mata-Rocafonda” Approved By Decree 4575/2025, Of April 8, Of The Deputy Councilor For Territorial Planning, Public Space And Municipal Facilities, And The Elderly Active, And With A Final Approval Date Of 03/06/2025, Since No Allegation Has Been Presented In The Term Granted To The Effect. ▪ Subsequently, The Execution Of The Works In Accordance With The Approved Basic And Executive Project. This Provision Also Includes The Follow-Up Of The Works That Will Be Carried Out By The Editorial Team.
