Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Procurement Of Garbage Trucks Through Financial Leasing. The Subject Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of A Garbage Truck For The Collection Of Municipal Waste Through Financial Leasing, With A Tank Capacity Of At Least 16 M3. The Delivered Vehicle Can Be New Or Used With The Condition Of The Year Of The First Registration Of The Chassis (2023) And The Year Of Production Of The Upgrade (2023) And With A Maximum Of 20,000 Km Traveled. The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet All Standards According To Positive Regulations In The Republic Of Croatia. The Vehicle Must Be Delivered With A Certificate Of Completed Homologation, A Certificate Of Vehicle Testing And All Other Dependent Costs Included Until Registration And Delivery Of The Vehicle. The Vehicle Is Acquired Through Financial Leasing For A Period Of Five Years (60 Months) Without Participation, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Leasing Act (Official Gazette, No. 141/13). The Purchase Value Of The Leasing Item Must Include All Costs Up To Registration (Purchase Price, Transport And Insurance Costs In Transport To The Customers Address, Customs, Homologation, Certificates, Discounts And Benefits). The Total Price Of The Offer Is The Sum Of Processing Costs, Monthly Installments And Purchase Installments. The Costs Of Car Liability Insurance, Registration And Comprehensive Insurance Are Not Included In The Price Of The Offer. A Vehicle Of Category N3 Is Being Purchased.
