Tenders are invited for Repair of low-voltage underground cables and extension and welding of low-voltage cables for new consumers in Jahra Governorate (South) Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy Document fees KD 1,000 Important conditions and instructions: 1- Final bid submission deadline is 1:00 PM on the closing date. All documents must be submitted on non-copyable CD, except for the bid form and initial guarantee which must be submitted as hard copies. 2- Payment shall be made by certified cheque or K-Net card. Tender documents will be published on CAPT website (WWW.CAPT.GOV.KW) for review before purchase. 3- Bidders must submit a valid National Labor Ratio Compliance Certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower with their bid. Bidders must also attach a valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the bidders file for government contracts. 4- This tender is non-divisible. Small and medium enterprises are exempt from document purchase fees per Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019. 5- Companies wishing to attend the bid opening session must coordinate with the Bid Opening Section beforehand and bring required identification and authorization documents. Bid Bond: KD 45,000, valid for 90 days in favor of CAPT. Pre-tendering Meeting: Wednesday, 14/01/2026 at 10:00 AM at the main building of the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, AlShuhada area, Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Electrical Distribution Networks Sector, first floor.
