The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements, Including Display/Exhibition Equipment, As Part Of The Investment Project Museum Of Wałbrzych Residents - Wałbrzych Multiculturalism: Adaptation And Development Of A Post-Mining Gym Building In The Historic Complex Of The Former Julia Hard Coal Mine In Wałbrzych, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In: 1) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Scope Of Delivery Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out An Inventory Of The Rooms Covered By The Scope Of The Contract (I.E. Rooms In Which Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements Will Ultimately Be Placed), As Well As To Agree With The Ordering Party And The User Of The Facility On The Location And Installation Of Individual Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements. The Deadline For Completing The Inventory Of The Premises Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense, Unload It And Install It In The Rooms Of The Wałbrzych Museum Building At Ul. Indicated By The User. Wysockiego 29 In Wałbrzych, As Well As Clean Up And Remove Waste Generated As A Result Of The Delivery.
