The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements, Including Display/Exhibition Equipment, As Part Of The Investment Project Museum Of Wałbrzych Residents - Wałbrzych Multiculturalism: Adaptation And Development Of A Post-Mining Gym Building In The Historic Complex Of The Former Julia Hard Coal Mine In Wałbrzych, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In: 1) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Scope Of Delivery Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out An Inventory Of The Rooms Covered By The Scope Of The Contract (I.E. Rooms In Which Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements Will Ultimately Be Placed), As Well As To Agree With The Ordering Party And The User Of The Facility On The Location And Installation Of Individual Furniture, Devices And Equipment Elements.
