The Delegatee Will Be Responsible In Particular For The Operation Of The Following Services: - The Games Rooms In Which The Games Directly Relating To The Casino Activity Are Operated, - A Bar, - A Restaurant, - A Performance Hall. The Delegatee Will Be Required To Ensure The Investment Program It Proposes As Well As The Maintenance And Renewal Of The Casino Equipment. It Must Implement The Means Required To Actively Contribute To The Tourist, Economic And Cultural Development Of The Municipality Through A Frequent And Varied Range Of Catering And Entertainment (Entertainment And Artistic Events, Programming Of Shows, Etc.) And Management Of Games Of Chance And Gambling In Compliance With The Legislative And Regulatory Requirements Applicable To This Sector Of Activity. The Delegatee Will Be Responsible For Obtaining Within The Deadlines Required For Them To Take Effect On November 1, 2026, The Administrative Authorizations Necessary For The Exercise Of These Activities And More Particularly The Authorization Provided For By The Amended Decree Of May 14, 2007 Relating To The Regulation Of Games In Casinos. The Delegatee Will Be Remunerated Via Revenues Collected From Users. No Subsidy Will Be Paid To The Delegatee As Part Of The Operation Of The Service. The Delegatee Will Have To Pay: - A Fee For Occupying The Public Domain, The Amount Of Which Will Be Determined According To The Advantages Provided To The Delegatee In Respect Of The Management Of All Casino Activities, - The Tax Relating To The Gross Revenue From Games, Provided For In Article L.2333-54 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. The Rate Of Municipal Levy On The Gross Product Of The Games Will Be Negotiated With The Candidates, - A Financial Contribution To The Development Of Tourism, Sports And Culture, - The Sums Intended For The Municipal Social Action Center Of The Commune Of Saint Gilles Croix De Vie And Collected By The Casino For Orphans, In Accordance With Article 2 Of The Decree Of October 29, 2010 Relating To The Methods Of Collection, Recovery And Control Of Levies Specific To Casino Games Operated In Application Of The Articles L.321-1 Of The Internal Security Code. It Will Also Be The Responsibility Of The Delegatee: - To Ensure Continuous And Regular Management Of All Casino Activities With A Wide Daily And Hourly Amplitude; - To Ensure The Quality Of The Welcome And Services Provided To Users Of The Casino, With The Aim Of Contributing To The Tourist, Sporting And Cultural Development Of The Commune Of Saint Gilles Croix D
