The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Following Elements: 1) Phase I - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Set Of Administrative Decisions, Including: A) Program And Spatial Concept (Kpp) In Three Variants Indicated In The Swz, B) Construction Designs Together With Geodetic Documentation (Map For Design Purposes), Geotechnical And Geological-Engineering Documentation, C) Preparation Of Materials Necessary To Obtain Decisions On Environmental Conditions Referred To In Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended) Along With Obtaining The Final Decision. D) Detailed Designs, E) Tender Materials Necessary To Select Contractors For Construction Works (I.E. Bill Of Quantities Based On The Kpr, Investors Cost Estimate, Stwiorb), Pfu For The Automation And Telecommunications Industry And Participation In Tender Procedures For The Selection Of A Works Contractor By Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Answers To Questions Asked During Tender Procedures For The Award Of A Public Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Up To The Conclusion Of An Agreement With The Works Contractor And The Necessary Modifications To The Developed Documents Resulting From These Questions; F) Preparation Of Materials Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Railway Line And/Or Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; Preparation Of Water Law Consent Materials And Obtaining Decisions With Immediate Enforceability; G) Preparation Of Materials Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Obtaining Final Decisions; H) Preparing Materials Necessary To Obtain Water Law Permits And Obtaining Final Decisions; (I) Intermediate Verification Statements.
