It Is Also Planned To Use A Paas Siem Solution That Ensures A High Level Of Control By Gematik And Ensures That All Data Is Stored And Processed Within The Eu In Accordance With The Eu General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr). The Ability For People Outside The Eu To Access Data Within The Paas Siem Solution Can Be Technically Completely Excluded. The Term Of The Contract Is 36 Months From The Initial Deployment Of The Siem Paas With A One-Time Unilateral Extension Option For A Further 24 Months.
