Supervision Of Building Work – Performing Investor Supervision In The Field Of Adaptation Of Post-Industrial Buildings Located In The Northern Area Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Investor Supervision Within The Meaning Of Polish Construction Law Over The Design And Construction Works (Order Formula: Design And Build) Carried Out As Part Of And For The Purposes Of The Following Projects: 1) Adaptation Of Post-Industrial Buildings Of A Former Forge And Mechanical Workshop For The Exhibition And Educational Function Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice - Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027, Measure 7.1. Cultural Infrastructure And Cultural Tourism (Hereinafter: Feniks); 2) Adaptation Of Historic Post-Mining Buildings For The Needs Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice - Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Measure Fesl.10.09 Reuse Of Post-Industrial, Devastated And Degraded Areas For The Development Purposes Of The Region (Hereinafter: Fesl). The Feniks And Fesl Projects Are Independent Investment Tasks, Financed From Various Programs And Funds And Supervised By Various Institutions (Ministry Of Culture And National Heritage And The Silesian Voivodeship). The Investment, Including Design And Construction Works Included In The Feniks And Fesl Projects, Is Planned To Be Carried Out By One Construction Contractor. This Is Due To The Immediate Vicinity Of The Buildings, The Need To Use Consistent Solutions And Systems In All Facilities, Implement Investments At A Similar Time And Update Design Studies Prepared Over The Last Few Years. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Contract For Investor Supervision Concerns The Comprehensive Renovation, Expansion, Reconstruction And Adaptation Of 7 Post-Industrial Buildings To New Functions, Along With Their Expansion, Reconstruction And Development Of An Area Of Approximately 1.9 Ha. The Buildings In Question Are Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Revitalized Area Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice, Which Is Now Open To Visitors, Together With The Already Adapted Post-Mining Buildings. The Investment Is The Next Stage Of Revitalization Of The Former Katowice Mine Area For Functions Related To The Activities Of The Silesian Museum. Design Works And Construction Works Covered By Supervision Include The Following Industries: - Architectural, - Construction, - Conservation, - Electrical And Low-Voltage, - Sanitary, - Road In The Scope Of Internal Roads, - Green Areas. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With The Annexes. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Significant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Or Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.
