The Bidder Will Provide The Related Services And Deliverables As Follows: - The Set Of Forms Used In The Planning, Execution, Control And Completion Of The Project; - Elaboration Of The Investment Execution Schedule And Cost Scheduling; - Creation Of The Schedule For Transfer Requests; - Preparation Of Transfer Requests According To The Mechanism For Requesting Payments To Be Made By The Beneficiary (In Compliance With The Applicants Guide); - Management Of Changes In The Project; - Planning, Management And Control Of Costs And Resulting Budgets; - Planning, Management And Quality Control Within The Project; - Organization And Management Of Project Teams; - Managing Communication Within The Project, Including Status And Progress Reports; - Planning And Management Of Purchases Within The Project (If Necessary); - Planning, Management And Control Of Risks Associated With The Project.
