Request for proposals for Technology Solutions for Power and Internet Connectivity in Rural Health Facilities in Lower-Middle Income Countries - Phase 2 Build Test Units and Test in-Country (Solution a Design) Technology Solutions for Power and Internet Connectivity Solution A Place of Performance Location for installing and field testing the test units will be in one or two of the following countries: Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Rwanda, South Africa, Zimbabwe. The location for building the units should be specified by the supplier in the proposal and could be another location on the African continent or elsewhere. Cost and timeline impact on materials procurement and transport of completed or semi-completed units from where the units are built must be factored into all proposals. The main tasks consist of the following: 1.
