The Subject Of The Performance Is The Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of The Nerudova Kindergarten, Nerudova 2247/53, 370 04 České Budějovice. The Buildings Of The Kindergarten Complex At Nerudová Street 53, České Budějovice Are Brick Buildings Dating From The 1960S, Built As Part Of The Z Event. These Are Three Independent Buildings Set In The Garden Of The Complex Connected By A Communication Skeleton Of Sidewalks. The Main Walkway Between The Individual Pavilions Is Covered With An Open Steel Structure With A Metal Roof. Buildings So.01 – Pavilion I And So.03 – Pavilion Ii Are Two-Story Gable Roofed The Roof. Building So.02 – Economic Pavilion Is A Single-Storey Building Covered With A Gable Roof. All Objects Are Connected By Object So.04 – Covered Walkway. Internal Modifications Of Existing Buildings Will Be Solved. Load-Bearing Walls In Buildings Will Be Removed, Creating New Layouts. Part Of The Internal Construction Modifications Will Be: - Complete Replacement Of Electrical Installation, Water Supply, Sewerage, Heating - New Hvac Distribution Systems With The Installation Of New Units - Complete Replacement Of The Tread Layers Of The Floors - Removal Of All Plaster And Ceramic Tiles - Replacement Of Internal Doors Incl. Door Frame - Replacement Of Hole Fillings - The Ceiling Structure In The Attic Space Will Be Insulated And The Attic Space Will Be Made Accessible Through A New Entrance In The Gable Of The Individual Buildings - New Railings Will Be Installed On The Stairs And Terraces - Visual Anti-Noise Cassettes Will Be Installed On The Ceiling In The Childrens Rooms - The Ventilation Duct Will Be Covered - Suspended Ceilings Will Be Made From Sdk With Inserted Acoustic Insulation From Mineral Wool - New Canopies Will Be Installed In Front Of The Entrances To The Buildings In The Exterior, The Perimeter Walls Will Be Insulated With Mineral Wool Thick. 180 Mm, Plinth Parts With Extruded Polystyrene Thickness 140 Mm. All Work Will Be Carried Out According To The Schedule Drawn Up By The Contractor And Approved By The Client And The Nursery School Operator. The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult The Progress Of The Work In Detail With The Client And With The Kindergarten Operator, Or The Director Of The Kindergarten And Respect Their Requirements For Carrying Out Work. The Building Authority Imposed On The Builder The Obligation To Carry Out A Trial Operation Following The Conditions Of The Binding Opinion Of The Regional Hygiene Station Of The South Bohemian Region. The Trial Run Will Be Implemented Gradually After The Individual Stages Of The Work. The Completion Of The Trial Operation For The Entire Work, And Thus The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For The Issuance Of The Approval Decision, Will Only Occur After The Completion Of The Third Stage. The Clients Intention Is To Finance The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract Partly From A Subsidy Within The Operational Program Living Environment 2021 – 2027, 57Th Opžp Call - Reducing The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings.
