Młyńska 9 In Twardogóra Are Construction Works Aimed At Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Building In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Under The Co-Financing From The Voivodeship Operational Program Lower Silesian Priority No. 2 In European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia Measure No. 2.2 Energy Efficiency In Residential Buildings Recruitment No. Feds.02.02-Ip.01-0080/23. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Objectives Set Out In The Program And Audit Assumptions Are To Be Achieved, Including Increasing The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. The Tasks And Activities Of The Contractor Will Include The Performance Of Works Specified In The Design Documentation, Energy Audit Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Specify In Detail The Bills Of Quantities (Lump-Sum Price Tables), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Contract. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Insulation Of External Walls (Including Insulation Of The Underground Wall) And Other Façade Works, Insulation Of The Flat Roof Along With Accompanying Works, Including Related Works, Replacement Of Window Joinery And Accompanying Works, Replacement Of External Doors Along With Accompanying Works, Construction Of Canopies Over The Entrances To The Building, Modernization Of Lighting: Replacement Of Old Lighting Fixtures With New Energy-Saving Ones With Led Light Sources Along With Motion Sensors - Number Of Luminaires - 2 Pieces, Cleaning And Security Works, Carrying Out Necessary Tests, Examinations And Inspections, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Acceptances In Progress And After Implementation, Maintenance Services, Including The Costs Of Consumables Subject To Periodic Replacement, During The Warranty Period.
