The Order Includes A General Renovation Of Part Of The Ground Floor, Including The Modernization Of The Installation Resulting From The Scope Of The Renovation, And The Construction Of An Air Conditioning Installation On The Ground Floor, 1St And 2Nd Floors (For The Needs Of The Cardiology And Invasive Cardiology Department), Together With The Construction Of A Cooling Source For This Installation And The Necessary General Construction Works.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes The Scope Of Task No. 1 - Annex No. 4A To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes The Scope Of Task No. 1 - Annex No. 1A To The Swz.4. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Task No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz. Arkońska 4 In Szczecin For The Needs Of The Department Of Cardiology And Invasive Cardiology; Task No. 1 Includes: 1) Works Covering The Scope Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And Stwior, Taking Into Account The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works Submitted By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, And Taking Into Account All Works, Materials, Measurements, Tests And Formal And Legal Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, 2) Preparation And Submission Of Complete Documentation As-Built.5. On-Site Visit: The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Specificity, Complexity And Need To Assess The Existing Condition Of The Order Execution Site, It Requires Each Contractor To Undergo A Mandatory On-Site Visit To The Area Of ​​Planned Construction Works.
