The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Collected From The Mykanów Commune To Municipal Installations In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Waste Recovery Or Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Note: The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of The Entire Stream Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Mykanów Commune From Uninhabited Properties, Assuming There Is No Limit On The Amount Of Unsegregated (Mixed) And Segregated Waste Collected. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Collection Of Municipal Waste Ordered By The Ordering Party Together With Waste From Another Commune Or With Any Other Waste. The Order Should Be Performed In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill As Part Of The Entrusted Task, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, Including: - Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), - Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), - Resolution Of The Mykanów Commune Council No. 156/Xix/2020 Of June 19, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Mykanów Commune, As Amended Resolution No. 385/L/2023 Of The Mykanów Commune Council Of February 13, 2023 And Resolution No. 481/Lxi/2024 Of The Mykanów Commune Council Of March 12, 2024. In The Event Of A Change In Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The New Provisions.1. Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Municipal Buildings And Other Properties Managed By The Mykanów Commune.2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Collection And Management Of Waste From Educational Institutions In The Mykanów Commune3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Equip Properties Owned By The Mykanów Commune With An Additional 15 Containers With A Capacity Of At Least 7 M3 And Their Collection And Management Of Waste, As Well As An Additional 30 Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters For Mixed Waste Along With The Collection And Management Of The Collected Waste. The Equipment Applies To Real Estate Where Special Events, Etc. Can Be Held. It Is Also Possible To Change The Contract By Waiving A Given Point Or Introducing A New One With The Unit Prices Unchanged. Note!
