The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Changes To These Decisions In The Święciechowa Commune.2. The Development Of Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Will Be Based On Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130 - As Amended), 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Method Of Determining Requirements Regarding New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116),3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589) And Taking Into Account The Conditions Arising From Separate Provisions.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Draft Decisions Referred To In Section 2 Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Application From The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Regarding The Building Referred To In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Detached, No More Than Two-Story, Single-Family Residential Buildings With A Building Area Of ​​Up To 70 M2) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Complete Application From The Ordering Party5. In The Event Of Receiving An Incomplete Application, The Contractor Is Obliged To Request The Ordering Party To Complete The Application Within 3 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application. 6. The Ordering Party Accepts The Completeness And Correctness Of The Draft Decisions Submitted With The Report Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt.7. If The Decisions Contain Defects Or Other Faults, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Send Them To The Contractor For Supplementation.8. Decisions That Are Overturned In The Appeal Proceedings Will Be Corrected And Brought Into Compliance With Applicable Regulations At The Contractors Expense.9. In Connection With The Implementation Of The Draft Decision, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damage Caused To A Third Party Up To The Amount Of Compensation Requested By The Party From The Ordering Party.10. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Together With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decisions, 2) Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With Graphic Annexes To Draft Decisions For Areas Of The Commune Not Covered By Local Spatial Development Plans, Based On Applications Provided By The Ordering Party, 3) Drafts Of Changes To The Decisio
