The Expected Quantity Of Pellets Covered By This Procedure Is 180 Tons. Pursuant To Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Contractors Service Is: 160 Tons Of Pellets.4. Delivery By Road Tanker Adapted To Transport Pellets And Unload Them Using A Pneumatic Connector.5. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Dates Of Individual Deliveries By Phone Or E-Mail Three Days In Advance.6. Pellets Will Be Delivered By Transport And At The Contractors Expense, Including Unloading, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.7. The Single (In One Day) Pellet Delivery Volume Should Be Approximately 15 Tons. Approximately 12 Deliveries Are Expected To Be Made During The Contract Period From January To December.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Required Approvals And Certificates For The Delivered Pellets On The Day Of Delivery. The Contractor Guarantees The Quality Of The Supplied Pellets.
