1. Name Of The Order: Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant Administered By The Gielniów Commune.2. The Scope Of The Service Includes: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Generated At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów In The Form Of: A) Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge In The Amount Of Approx. 350 Mg; B) Screenings In The Amount Of Approx. 20 Mg; C) Content Of Sand Traps In The Amount Of 35 Mg. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove And Manage The Excess Sludge In The Amount An Estimated Total Of Approx. 3T/Day From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów.3) Sludge Hydration Is Approx. 75÷80%. The Sediment Is Hygienized With Lime. 4) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Is An Estimated Value And Has The Right To Reduce (By A Maximum Of 30%) The Material Scope Without The Possibility Of Submitting Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver An Empty, Tight Container For: A) Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge Kp33 With A Capacity Of 33 M3 In Place Of The Collected One; B) Screenings Of Min. Kp7 With A Capacity Of 7 M3 In Place Of The One Received. C) Content Of Sand Traps Min. Kp7 With A Capacity Of 7 M3 In Place Of The Collected One.6) Approximate Frequency Of Sludge Removal In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs. The Contractor Will Be Notified Of The Need For Sludge Removal By Telephone Or E-Mail At Least One Week In Advance.3. Settlement For Sludge Collection Will Be Based On The Waste Transfer Card, Kept In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), For The Month In Which The Service Was Performed.4. Sludge Collection Will Take Place Within 3 Business Days Of The Contractors Notification And Will Be Carried Out In The Presence Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Employee.5. Before Arriving At The Sludge Collection Site, As Well As After Collection, The Vehicle In Which The Sludge Will Be Transported Will Be Weighed On A Truck Scale At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. Contractors Are Recommended To Conduct A Detailed On-Site Inspection Of The Place Where The Service Is Performed In Order To Obtain The Necessary Information To Prepare An Offer And Conclude A Contract. Each Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For The Consequences Of The Lack Or Incorrect Recognition Of The Terms Of The Order And The Condition Of The Places Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed.7. Upon Receipt Of Excess Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów, The Contractor Becomes Its Owner.8. The Export And Management Of Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Gielniów Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012.
