1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design Works Consisting In Separating From The Entire Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Stage I, Consisting In The Construction Of A Roundabout With Bypasses (Additional Traffic Lanes That Allow Vehicles To Bypass The Roundabout Without Entering Its Central Part), Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment, As Well As The Reconstruction Of Conflicting Infrastructure To The Necessary Extent, Performing (On Option Rights) Authors Supervision, As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Multi-Level Intersection Of The Following Streets: Lwowska, Al. Armii Krajowej, Al. Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego (Rondo Pobitno). The Approximate Length Of The Sections Of Roads Dk 94 And Dk 97 And Dk 97 To Be Reconstructed Is Approximately 1.1 Km. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of Complete Design Documentation In The Possession Of The Ordering Party, Which Was Developed As Part Of The Road Investment Titled: Construction Of A Multi-Level Intersection Of The Following Streets: Lwowska, Al. Armii Krajowej, Al. Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego (Rondo Pobitno), Including The Expansion And Reconstruction Of National Roads No. 94 And 97 Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Buildings And Construction Equipment. The Detailed Scope Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Under Option Rights, Referred To In The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. Estimated Quantity - 5 Visits Of The Designer On The Construction Site And 700 Units Of Work (As Above). Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Table Of Design Studies (Top). Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Pzp If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
