1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Commissioning Of It Equipment For The Purposes Of Creating And Verifying Security Copies Of The Księżpol Commune Office As Part Of The Ongoing Project Cybersafe Local Government For The Needs Of Server Room Equipment. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery And Commissioning: A) Server With Software - 1 Piece; B) Backup Server With System - 2 Pieces; C) Backup Matrix - 1 Piece; D) Tape Library - 1 Piece 2) Persons Delegated By The Contractor To Perform Work Related To The Execution Of The Order In The Field Of Installation And Commissioning Must Have The Following Qualifications: - A Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer Of The Backup Software Owned By The Ordering Party Veeam, At The Level Of At Least Veeam Certified Engineer 2023 Or Higher - For People Installing And Configuring The Software Owned By The Ordering Party, - Certificates Issued By The Manufacturer Of The Offered Servers, At The Minimum Specialist/Professional Level Or Higher For People Commissioning These Servers; One Person May Have More Than One Of The Above Certificates.3) A Detailed Description And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. Subject Means Of Evidence: 1) Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 107(1) Of The Public Procurement Law. Requires The Contractor To Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer In Order To Enable The Evaluation Of Offers: - Card Of Meeting The Minimum Product Requirements - Annex No. 9 To Swz.2) The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call For Their Submission Or Completion Within The Prescribed Period. 3) The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question.3. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Containing Equivalent Goods (Materials And Devices), And All Goods (Materials And Devices) Specified In The Documentation, Originating From Specific Manufacturers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Refer In The Offer To The Use Of Equivalent Goods (Materials And Devices) Described In The Terms Of Reference Of The Order, Submitting A List Of Equivalent Goods (Materials And Devices).
