In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, The Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Contracting Authority In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Contracting Authoritys Consumption, Including Administration Of The Contracting Authoritys Hourly Consumption Schedules.
