Compania Nationala Posta Romana Sa, As A Sectoral Contracting Entity, Initiates The Procurement Procedure For The Award Of An Integrated Contract With The Objective Of Achieving The Investment Objective Of Design (Dtac+Dtoe+Pt+De), Project Verification, Technical Assistance From The Designer And The Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective Of Building A Logistic And Courier Hub In The Roman Locality, Neamt County. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Develop The National Logistics Infrastructure, To Modernize Parcel Processing Capabilities And The Optimization Of Postal And Courier Services By Creating A Fully Functional Regional Logistics Hub. The Object Of The Contract Includes Design Services In All Phases Provided By The Legislation In Force, Respectively The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Dtac Construction Authorization, The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation For The Organization Of The Dtoe Execution, The Elaboration Of The Technical Project And The Details Of The Pt+De Execution After Obtaining The Construction Authorization Based On The Dtac Documentation Intended For No Change. The Contract Includes The Execution Of All The Works Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective, Namely The Construction Work, The Installation Of Technological Equipment, Functional Equipment, Exterior Fittings, Connections And Connections To Utilities, As Well As The Execution Of All Related Works Necessary To Put The Logistics Hub Into Operation. The Related Duration Of The Execution Of The Works And The Technical Assistance From The Designer Is 11 Months Calculated From The Date Of The Order To Start The Works. The Technical Assistance From The Designer Will Be Provided For The Entire Duration Of The Execution Of The Works, Including Participation In The Determining Phases, Approval Of The Technical Solutions That Appeared Along The Way, Technical Clarifications And Support For The Correct Implementation Of The Project. Technical Quality Control Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction Remains Fully The Responsibility Of The Contractor Who Will Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Fundamental Requirements.
