Patient-Transport Vehicles – Procurement Of Vehicles For Medical Transport. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement And Delivery Of Ambulances For The Needs Of The Institute For Emergency Medicine Of Sisak-Moslavina County In Accordance With The Description And Technical Specifications. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Customer Only New And Unused Vehicles Manufactured In 2026 Or The Latest Model In 2025 And Deliver Them To The Address Of The Headquarters Of The Customer. The Subject Of Procurement Must Comply With Positive Regulations Related To Vehicle Traffic And Special Regulations Or Professional Rules In The Field Of The Subject Of Procurement. Vehicles Must Fully Comply With The Required Technical Characteristics As Stated In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle And The Current Standard Hrn En 1789 Or Equivalent For Road Medical Vehicles Type A2, And In Accordance With The Ordinance On Standards And Norms Regarding Space, Workers And Medical-Technical Equipment For The Performance Of Emergency Medicine And Medical Transport Activities (Official Gazette No. 64/2024) And The Standard Of Vehicles And Exterior Appearance Of Vehicles For The Performance Of Medical Transport Activities (Official Gazette No. 12/2025) The Conditions Regarding The Technical Characteristics Of Medical Transport Vehicles Are Determined By The Current Standard Hrn En 1789 Medical Cars And Their Equipment For Road Medical Vehicles Type A2. Offered Medical Products (Equipment) That Are Installed In The Vehicle, Have A Declaration Of Conformity Of The Product Or Will Have The Same Before Putting The Product On The Market Or Into Circulation, All In Accordance With The Current Medical Products Act. When Handing Over The Vehicle, The Selected Bidder Must Deliver The Following Documentation For Each Delivered Vehicle, For Each Delivered Vehicle Chassis: • Documentation Required For Vehicle Registration, Including All Certificates And Declarations For Vehicle Homologation, And Other Necessary Documentation For The Vehicle, • Vehicle Coc Document • Vehicle Homologation Sheet • Vehicle Certificate Issued By The Croatian Vehicle Center Present In The Base • Warranty Cards, • Guarantee For The Elimination Of Defects Within The Warranty Period, • Service And Warranty Booklet (Service Plan), • A Set Of Technical Documentation In The Croatian Language. The Same Will Be Checked Upon Delivery. If The Tenderer Does Not Deliver Everything Requested, The Client Will Charge A Guarantee For The Orderly Fulfillment Of The Contract. During The Handover, The Contracting Parties Will Inspect The Vehicle And Draw Up A Report On The Handover With A Description Of All Possible Defects That Can Be Rectified And An Indication Of The Deadline For Removing The Defects. After The Handover Of The Vehicles, Which Have Been Inspected By The Representatives Of The Institute Of Emergency Medicine Of The Sisak-Moslavina County, And After The Handover Minutes Signed By Both Parties, Where It Is Stated That The Vehicles Have Been Delivered According To All The Required Technical Specifications Of The Client And The Delivery Of The Above-Mentioned Documents, The Delivery Is Considered Final And The Currency For Payment Begins To Flow. The Day Of Signing The Handover Minutes Will Be Considered The Day Of Entry Into Force Of The Warranty Period For The Elimination Of Defects In The Warranty Period.
