The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus, Manufactured In 2026, Approved And Compliant With Applicable Regulations And Technical Conditions For School Buses, Intended For Transporting Children And Adolescents To Schools, Including Children With Disabilities, From The Wartkowice Commune. 2. The Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements, Equipment And Documentation For The School Bus Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; Moreover, The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In This Specification Of Terms Of Order Together With The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Offered School Bus Should Be Approved For Trading In The Territory Of Poland And Adapted To Traffic On Public Roads In The Territory Of Poland, And In Particular It Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, In Particular: 3.1. Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), 3.2. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended); 3.3. Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws, Item 1709, As Amended); 3.4. Act Of December 21, 2000 On Technical Supervision (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1194). 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Warranty Service For The School Bus, Consisting In Performing Periodic Service Activities In Accordance With The Documentation Of The Bus Manufacturer And Manufacturers Of All Its Components, Necessary To Maintain The Warranty Conditions At The Manufacturers Authorized Service Center. The Warranty Service Begins With The Warranty Period - From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. Warranty Service Does Not Include Elevator Service; Service, Inspections And Repairs Of The Elevator Are Organized And Financed By The Ordering Party, Subject To The Contractors Liability For Defects Resulting From Its Delivery Or Installation. The Contractor Will Ensure The Performance Of At Least Two Subsequent Periodic Inspections Of The Engine And Auxiliary Systems And One Inspection Of The Gearbox - Details Of The Procedures, Deadlines And Settlements Are Included In The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Entrepreneurs Liability Insurance For The Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Entire Delivery Period In The Amount Of At Least Pln 1,500,000 (In Words: One Million Five Hundred Zlotys). 6. The Quality Guarantee Is Provided Directly By The Contractor, Without The Need To Refer To The Warranty Conditions Of The Manufacturer Of The Vehicle Or Its Components.
