Basic Information The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Graphics Sets As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Educate For The Future - Zsł In Gliwice As A School Of Innovation. The Project Is Implemented Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund. B. Informacje Szczegółowe Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia Zawiera Się W Formularzu Cenowym O Treści Załącznika Nr 5 Do Swz Oraz Wzorze Umowy O Treści Załącznika Nr 6 Do Swz. Note: 1) Pursuant To Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26) Letter A) The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vat Act) - A Tax Rate Of 0% Applies To The Supply Of Computer Equipment To Educational Units - While Maintaining The Conditions Referred To In Art. 83 Section 13-15 Of The Above Act. Pursuant To The Wording Of Art. 83 Section 13, Goods Listed In Annex 8 To The Act Are Subject To A Tax Rate Of 0%. Therefore, The Contractor To Whom The Order Will Be Awarded (I.E. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded) After Meeting The Conditions Specified In Art. 83 Section 14 Point 1) And Section 15 Of The Vat Act, Applies A 0% Tax Rate For Specific Equipment (In Accordance With Annex 8 To The Above Act). The Supplied Computer Equipment That Is The Subject Of This Procedure Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Described In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Education Of February 19, 2025 Amending The Regulation On The Basic Conditions Necessary For The Implementation Of Teaching, Educational And Care Tasks And Curricula By Schools And Teachers.
