The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Order Entitled Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Buildings Of Primary School No. 7, Secondary School No. 2 And Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 In Chełm Implemented According To The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Under Which The Following Tasks Will Be Performed: Task 1. Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of Primary School No. 7 In Chełm, Precinct 0012, Plot Number 066201_1.0001.267/21. Task 2. Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Secondary School No. 2 In Chełm, District 0013, Plot Number 066201_1.0001.3/2. Task 3. Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 In Chełm, District 0023, Plot Number 066201_1.0001.281/3 And 066201_1.0001.280/5. The Investment Is Intended For Co-Financing From The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan, In Accordance With The Agreement To Cover The Project With Non-Repayable Support From The Development Plan No. Kpod.03.05-Iw.04-0036/24, Regarding The Implementation By The City Of Chełm Of The Investment Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Buildings Of Primary School No. 7, Secondary School No. 2 And Municipal Kindergarten No. 12 In Chełm. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, Together With Annexes And Possible Changes, Modifications, And Explanations, Which Are Annexes To The Contract And Constitute Its Integral Parts. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Which Includes: A) Architectural And Construction Design With Land Development, Multi-Discipline Technical And Executive Designs In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards And Guidelines In This Regard, B) Temporary Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of The Works, C) Permanent Traffic Organization Design; D) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Stwior); E) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection; F) Agreeing The Design Documentation With The Owners And Managers Of All Land Infrastructure Networks, Applying For Industry Agreements And All Necessary Opinions And Agreements Necessary To Obtain Decisions Enabling The Execution Of The Works, Providing The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Applications With A Set Of Materials Required By Individual Institutions To Obtain Agreements; G) Obtaining All Necessary Materials To Prepare Complete Design Documentation, Including: Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Research, Conditions For Connection To The Network (If Necessary) And Agreeing The Designed Solutions With Relevant Institutions (If Necessary); H) Providing The Ordering Party With All The Developed Documentation In Paper And Digital Form And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Prepared Documentation - Acceptance Of The Project By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For Design Errors Or Non-Compliance With The
