The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Development, Delivery And Implementation Of Modifications And Reconfiguration Of The Integrated It System (Zsi) Used By The Ordering Party, Which Consists Of: Erp Teta Edu, Teta Me, Usos Katstud, Opticamp, As Well As The Electronic Student File (E-Teczka) System, Covering The New Organizational Structure Of The Ignatianum University In Krakow, Which Consists Of A Number Of Activities And Products (Including The Elements Authors*), In Particular: 1) Pre-Implementation Analysis Including Technical And Substantive Consultations Along With The Development Of An Implementation Plan And Action Schedule; 2) Development, Delivery And Implementation Of Changes In Zsi And E-Teczka In The Test Version Of The Above. Systems; 3) Integration And Modifications Of Existing Zsi And E-Teczka Integrations With The Ordering Partys It Systems And Automation Of Data Exchange; 4) Preparation Of The Production Launch Of Changes To The Zsi And E-File Together With Integration With The Ordering Partys It Systems, Production Launch Of The Above-Mentioned. And Final Acceptance Of The Above; 5) Creation And Submission To The Ordering Party Of At Least The Following Documents: Material And Financial Schedule Hrf, Pre-Implementation Analysis Document, Full Documentation Of Changes To The Zsi And E-File, Including As-Built Documentation As At The Moment Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of Stage Ii, In Particular The Technical And Functional Specifications Of All Integrations (Api); The Zsi And E-Teczka Covered By This Order Are Software Implemented And Used By The Ordering Party, Operating Under The Following Trademarks, Used By The Ordering Party Under The Terms Of The License Granted To It By The Creator-Producer/Licensor: 1) Erp Teta Edu (Produced By Unit4 Polska Sp. Z O. O.) Extended With The Functionality Of The Erp Teta Me System (Produced By Unit4 Polska Sp. Z O.
