Commercial Property Management Services - Selection Of An Operator To Manage The Plant For Sorting Separately Collected Waste Of The City Of Biograd Na Moru. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of The Operator Who Will Manage The Plant For Sorting Separately Collected Municipal Waste And Recyclable Waste From Public Areas, Including Recycling Yards, In The Area Of ​​The City Of Biograd Na Moru And Other Lgus Included In The Agreement On Association In The Implementation Of The Project (Municipality Of Pakoštane, Municipality Of Sveti Filip I Jakov, Municipality Of Polača, Municipality Of Pašman And Municipality Of Tkon). The Estimated Value Of Procurement For A Period Of 5 Years, In Order To Achieve The Target Value Of The Separated Quantity Prepared For Recycling (That Is, At The Exit From The Sorting Plant) In The Amount Of A Minimum Of 1,592 T/Year, Amounts To Eur 500,000.00 (Without Vat). This Amount Represents Compensation To Cover The Difference Between Costs And Income, Which Will Be Provided By The Client, In A Maximum Annual Amount Of Up To Eur 100,000.00. The Calculation Is Based On The Assumed Incoming Amount Of Waste To The Sortirnica Of Approximately 2,650 T/Year, With A Separation Efficiency Of 60%, In A Five-Year Period. The Calculation Was Made On The Basis Of An Estimate Of The Total Income For The Average Annual Input Amount Of Waste (2,650 T/Year) During A Five-Year Period, From The Area Of ​​Local Self-Government Units That Are Signatories To The Cooperation Agreement (City Of Biograd Na Moru, Municipality Of Pakoštane, Municipality Of Sveti Filip I Jakov, Municipality Of Polača, Municipality Of Pašman And Municipality Of Tkon). All Incoming Quantities Of Separately Collected Waste Are Subject To A Gate Fee At The Entrance To The Sorting Facility. The Operating Fee For Sorting Up To 2,650 T/Year Can Be A Maximum Of 150.00 Eur/T, Provided That A Separation Efficiency Of 60% Is Achieved And Reimbursement Of Costs For The Separate Collection And Collection Of Recyclable Municipal Waste (Rko) By Fzoeu (Through The Public Service Provider) Is Ensured. For Quantities That Exceed 2,650 T/Year, The Operating Fee Can Amount To 175.00 Eur/T And More. This Fee May Vary, With The Prior Written Proposal Of The Manager And The Written Approval Of The Client. The Selected Bidder Is Responsible For The Cost Of Disposal Of Technologically Separated Unusable Material (Scrap) In The Cgo Biljane Donje. The Clients Fees To Cover The Difference Between Costs And Income For The Management Of The Sortirnica Exclusively Refer To The Following Categories Of Costs: Staff Costs (Workers And Plant Manager), Overhead Costs (Electricity, Water, Telephone/Internet) And Plant Maintenance Costs (Annual Maintenance And Protection). The Compensation For The Mentioned Costs Is Fixed And Unchangeable And Is Paid To The Service Provider Of Sortirnica Management Monthly, In A Proportional Amount, In Accordance With The Amount Of Waste Prepared For Recycling (That Is, At The Exit From The Sortirnica), Whereby A Minimum Of 1,592 T/Year Is Taken As The Target Amount From The Entry Into The Possession Of The Sortirnica Manager. For The Purposes Of Carrying Out This Subject Procurement Procedure For Renovation, The Client Obtained The Technical Documentation (Appendix 1), I.E. The Clients Requests For The Service Of Selecting An Operator For The Management Of The Plant For Sorting Separately Collected Waste Of City B
