The Subject Of This Order Is Collection And Management Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Cybinka Commune, Where: 1) In The Basic Scope, Approximately 2,341.75 Mg Is Estimated To Be The Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties In The Cybinka Commune (For The Mentioned Fractions) During The Contract Implementation Period, 2) In The Scope Covered By The Law Option, It Is Estimated That The Basic Order Will Be Increased By 20%, I.E. By A Maximum Of 468.35 Mg For Real Estate Inhabited In The Cybinka Commune, And The Extension Of The Order Completion Date (Referred To In Chapter Iv Of The Swz) By A Maximum Of 2 Months. Rules For Exercising The Option Right. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract.
