Tenders are invited for Providing Media Services for All Project Components and Activities in Baghdad during the Year 2025 Item Marketing and Communication (Videography) Provide a Professional Videographer to Record Video Footage to Cover (up to 14 Days of Activities/Events) / that will Take Place at kapita_ Baghdad Marketing and Communication (Photographer) Provide a professional photographer to capture photos footage to cover (up to 30 days of activities/events) / that will take place at KAPITA_ Baghdad: - Using various cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment to capture high-quality photographs depending on the project activities requirements. - Editing photos, correcting colors, enhancing details, and preparing images for delivery Video production (Editing) Video Production (Full-production services: (including footage 15 interviews incubates + OC journey project activities) to be presenting during event: - Using various cameras and equipment, to capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the narrative for interviews depending on the project activities requirements. - Editing: Selecting and piecing together captured footage to create a coherent and engaging final video. This includes adding licensed music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles and text overlays. - Color correction and grading: Optimizing the visual appearance of the video by adjusting color balance, contrast, and other settings to achieve the desired look and feel. - Delivery: Exporting the final video in the required format and ensuring its delivery on time. 1. Scope of the required services: We, at KAPITA Business Hub, are planning to arrange a variety of activities (in-door and outdoor trainings, workshops, meetups and events) as part of the Orange Corners Iraq (Baghdad) Project over the upcoming months. Kapita is seeking to engage a qualified media agency who will be responsible for providing media services for all project components and activities in Baghdad during the year 2025. Service providers/Suppliers with expertise in the following areas are encouraged to submit their Quotations in response to this RFQ and services laid out below: Marketing and Communication (Videography) Provide a professional videographer to record video footage to cover (up to 14 days of activities/events) / that will take place at KAPITA_ Baghdad: - Using various cameras and equipment, to capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the narrative for sessions, events, or interviews depending on the project activities requirements. Day 14 Marketing and Communication (Photographer) Provide a professional photographer to capture photos footage to cover (up to 30 days of activities/events) / that will take place at KAPITA_ Baghdad: - Using various cameras, lenses, lighting, and other equipment to capture high-quality photographs depending on the project activities requirements. - Editing photos, correcting colors, enhancing details, and preparing images for delivery. Day 30 Video production (Editing) Video production 1-2 mins (Up to 4 videos) (Editing, Postproduction services): - Editing: Selecting and piecing together captured footage to create a coherent and engaging final video. This includes adding licensed music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles and text overlays. - Color correction and grading: Optimizing the visual appearance of the video by adjusting color balance, contrast, and other settings to achieve the desired look and feel. - Delivery: Exporting the final video in the required format and ensuring its delivery on time.
