Tenders are invited for Provision, Installation and Commissioning of a Document Management System, including Digitization of Historical Paper-Based Medical Records at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Deadline: Thursday, 22/01/2026 14:00 Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rwf 4,000,000 duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
