The program focuses on improving the working conditions of palm tree climbers, enhancing the consistency and safety of palm sugar production, and increasing the visibility and competitiveness of palm sugar in domestic and international markets. Through targeted technical, capacity-building, and market-oriented interventions, the program seeks to support sustainable growth of the palm sugar processing industry. Design and development of safe equipment for palm tree climbing Development of standard operating procedures (SoPs) or handbook for palm sugar processing Training delivery to farmers to improve product quality and safety Support for international promotion and market access of palm sugar Expected Outputs Invitation to Bidding for Project Palm Sugar Value Chain Enhancement Program Career Category: Invitation for Bids Location:Phnom Penh Summary Project: Palm Sugar Value Chain Enhancement Program Bidding Components Step 1: Interested implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form by scanning the QR code, or the link provided. Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date. The session will provide a detailed description of the implementation to meet the main program objectives. Step 3: Implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within three weeks after the project briefing. Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation. Step 5: Implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee team. Submission Requirements Required Documents Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Palm Sugar Value Chain Enhancement Program.
