Tenders are invited for Recruitment of Experts/Consultants for Developing a Guide on Fraud and Corruption Prevention Terms of Reference: Recruitment of Experts/Consultants for Developing a Guide on Fraud and Corruption Prevention Culture & Free Thought Association (CFTA) Introduction: The Culture & Free Thought Association (CFTA) is a Palestinian non-profit, independent civil society organization established in 1991. CFTA plays a leading role in developing Palestinian civil society by working on advancing the rights of children, youth, and women in the southern and central governorates of the Gaza Strip. CFTA implements the project Community-Led Advocacy and Inclusion Enhancement, in partnership with the Civil Society Strengthening Program in Palestine, implemented by GIZ and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project has two main objectives: Implement community-led initiatives by youth, women, and civil society organizations, with full ownership by rights-holders, in response to urgent needs during emergencies. Support the organization in rebuilding and strengthening the quality of work and accountability measures during emergency/early recovery phases.
