Tenders are invited for Supply of Gardening Supplies (Home Gardening) Tender for the Supply of Gardening Supplies (Home Gardening) in Deir al-Balah Youth Vision Association Youth Vision Tender Description: Tender Announcement: Youth Vision Association announces a tender for the supply of gardening supplies (home gardening) in Deir al-Balah, in accordance with the specifications, quantity tables, and general and special conditions of the project. Interested companies are invited to submit their offers while observing the following terms and conditions: 1. The company must be officially registered and have sufficient experience in the relevant field. 2. Prices must be in US Dollars, and the company must provide a stamped invoice matching the claimed amount. Invoices must be issued in the name of Youth Vision Association NGO-37658. 3. Prices must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of receiving the award notification. 4. A sample of each item listed in the tender documents must be provided when submitting the tender dossier. 5. A copy of the companys commercial registration, a copy of an invoice, and a summary of similar projects previously implemented must be attached when submitting the tender dossier. 6. A preliminary session will be held on Sunday, 04/01/2026, at 12:00 PM at the associations main office: Al-Nasr, west of Al-Nahda Library, opposite the former Al-Ummah University, Jouda Building, 2nd floor. 7. Tender envelopes will be opened at the associations office in the presence of any representatives of the bidding companies at the same time as submission: Monday, 05/01/2026, at 12:00 PM. 8. Tender documents and dossier can be obtained from the Youth Vision Association office at Al-Nasr, west of Al-Nahda Library, opposite the former Al-Ummah University, Jouda Building, 2nd floor, starting Wednesday, 31/12/2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 9. The fee for purchasing one tender dossier is 200 ILS, non-refundable. 10. The deadline for tender submission is Monday, 05/01/2026, at 12:00 PM at the same location. 11. Youth Vision Association is not obliged to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept or cancel any tender without any liability or explanation.
