The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Tp Dgs Petrich, Town Of Petrich According To The Attached List Of Users And Is For Awarding The Supply Of Electrical Energy In The Measurement Location At Freely Agreed Prices, According To Art. 92, Art. 96A, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 And Art. 103 Of The Energy Act (E) And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy To Supply The Users Specified In The Participation Documentation From A Low-Voltage Network. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Electricity Trading Rules). ​​​​​​​​The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is Bgn 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Bgn) Without Vat Or 15,339 /Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred And Thirty-Nine Euros/ Without Vat. Without Vat. All Amounts Indicated In Bgn In This Documentation After 01.01.2026 In The Republic Of Bulgaria Are Considered To Be Amounts In Euro, Converted According To The Official Exchange Rate Determined In Accordance With The Legislation. The Stated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Estimated, Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority. The Price Includes The Following Components: Supply Of Net Active Energy, Excise Duty Under Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 17 Of The Zads, Determined By A Decision Of The Kevr Fee (Price) Obligations To The Society, As Well As All Network Services And All Other Legally Determined Fees In One With An Allowance For Supplied Reactive Energy And An Allowance For Power < 0.9. The Value Of The Contract Is Equal To The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement.
