The Scope Of The Order Includes: Performance Of Maintenance Services That Do Not Constitute Construction Works In The Light Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2025.418, As Amended) Performance Of Emergency Renovation Works (Failures, Urgent Works, Construction Disaster), In The Resources Administered By The Residential Buildings Management Board In Koszalin, I.E.: - In Residential And Commercial Buildings That Are The Exclusive Property Of The Commune, Together With Accompanying Infrastructure, According To The Detailed Scope Agreed Each Time In The Issued Order Constituting The Basis For Commencing Work, - In Municipal Premises Located In The Buildings Of Housing Communities With The Participation Of The Commune, According To The Detailed Scope Agreed Each Time In The Issued Order Constituting The Basis For Commencing Work, In Accordance With The Framework Scope Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract. The Maximum Value Of Remuneration That The Contractor May Receive During The Period Of Contract Implementation In Part No. 1 - Pln 218,750.00 Gross;
