The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Sanitary, Gravity And Pressure Sewage System Along With The Necessary Infrastructure In The Towns Of Kocierzowy And Kletno Commune. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Construction And Executive Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, And Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit. Construction And Executive Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz. 2) Execution Of Construction Works: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Documentation Design (Construction And Executive); B) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Including, Among Others, Take-Offs And Cost Estimates) Along With The Preparation Of An As-Built Survey Report (3 Copies Of The Paper Version And 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version);3) Exercising Authors Supervision. Note: The Ordering Party Has A Map For Design Purposes And A Submitted Application For A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Project. Note: If Used In The Swz Or Annexes References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Labels In The Swz Or Annexes Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Economic Operator, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Shall, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accept Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, P
