1.1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia Są Roboty Budowlane Dotyczące Realizacji Zadania Pn. Construction Of A New Building Of The Mental Health Center Along With Landscaping At Ul. Józefa Sułkowskiego 58A In Bydgoszcz.2.1. Scope Of Works To Be Performed1) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of The Construction Of A New Building Of The Mental Health Center (Hereinafter Referred To As: Czp) - A 4-Story Building With A Basement. 2) Performance Of Installation Works In The Field Of External Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Newly Constructed Czp Building, Including: A) External Connections And Installations Water And Sewage, Heating, Electricity And Ict, B) Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Supply Network Colliding With The Planned Building, C) Reconstruction Of The Existing Gas Pipeline Colliding With The Planned Building, 3) Carrying Out Land Development Works, Including: A) Demolition Works (Garbage Shelter, Terrace, Surfaces, Fencing) B) Road System - Roads, Access Roads, Pedestrian Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Maneuvering Area, Including Exits: Connecting The Investment Area With The Public Road System - Przychodnia Street, The Planned Exit To The Existing Road Intended For Reconstruction - Only To The Border Of The Plot Is Being Developed On The Basis Of A Separate Order By Przychodnia, And The Construction Works Resulting From It Are Beyond The Scope Of The Contract Until The Contractor Completes The Works Czp. The Contractor Of Construction Works Is Obliged To Agree With The Contractor Of Road Works On The Method And Date Of Completing The Road Connection In The Scope Of Both Works Being Carried Out. C) Fencing Of The Area, Including Gates And Gatesd) Underground Networks And Installations, Demand For Utilities, E) Lighting Of The Area, F) Low Greenery And Lawns. 4) Execution Of Works Relating To The Existing Building, Including: A) Demolition Of The Existing Building And Construction A New Driveway For The Disabled, B) Demolition Of Concrete Manholes On The Western Side And Construction Of System Waterproof Light Wells, C) Insulation And Plastering Of Walls Exposed As A Result Of Works Carried Out In The Existing Building
