1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Administration Of The Central Road Transport Inspection Training Center In Radom2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Part Iii And Iv Swz.3. The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Who Submitted The Most Advantageous Offer Will Be Concluded For The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Process The Order In Smaller Quantities, But In An Amount Not Less Than 40% Of The Gross Value Referred To In § 6 Section 1 Part Iv Swz - Ppu.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate That It Will Cancel The Procedure In The Cases Specified In Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Order.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For Individual Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Contract.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage: A) Conducting A Pre-Bid Meeting With Contractors; B) Conducting An Electronic Auction Referred To In Art. 227 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law; C) The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7Pzp; D) Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, With The Exception Of Reimbursement Of Justified Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings In The Situation Referred To In Art. 261 Of The Public Procurement Law 9. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Who Will Perform The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Agreement: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated In The Subject Of The Order, Point 4.7 Opz And Table No. 1 And 2 During The Execution Of The Order. It Is Permissible To Employ The Indicated Persons On A Part-Time Basis, But Not Less Than ¼ Of The Full-Time Position. The Requirement To Be Employed Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To Natural Persons Running A Business, Because The Owner - As The Employer - Cannot Be Employed At The Same Time.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Employ The Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Pzp.11 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve Any Requirements Or Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 96 Section 1 Of The Act Pzp.12. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Stipulate Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users.
