1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Existing Technical Rooms (Two Heating Substations With A Central Heating Installation Switchgear), Including Central Heating, Hot Water And Automation Installations Along With The Reconstruction Of The Rooms And The Replacement Of The Entire Existing Electrical Installation, As Well As The Replacement Of All Heat Transfer Pipelines In The Staszic Palace Building Located In Warsaw At Ul. Nowy Świat 72, 00-330 Warszawa (Hereinafter Referred To As The Palace), In The Areas Defined As Node 1, Node 2 And Switchboard R, Wlz And Tranzyt, Consisting Of: 1) Replacement Of The Single-Function Heating Substation No. 1 In The Palace Building - Node 1 (In The Design Documentation As Room No. 1 Or W1); 2) Replacement Of The Dual-Function Heating Node No. 2 In The Palace Building - Node 2 (In The Design Documentation As Room No. 2 Or W2); 3) Reconstruction Of The Central Heating Installation Switchboard Room In The Palace Building - Switchboard R (In The Design Documentation As Room No. 3); 4) Installation Of Internal Power Lines For Electrical Switchboards Of Heat Substations In The Palace Building - Referred To As Wlz; 5) Replacement Of Heating Transfer Pipelines In The Palace Building - Referred To As Transit. 2. The Detailed Scope, Description And Method Of Performing Construction Works Are Specified In The Attached Documentation.3. The Building Of The Staszic Palace, Located At 72 Nowy Świat Street In Warsaw, Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number 370, By Decision Of July 1, 1965, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Palace).4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Operational Facility Based On A Detailed Schedule For The Execution Of Construction Works, Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.5. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In An Active Facility Based On The Work Execution Schedule. 1) The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In An Operational Building, Therefore Any Need To Enter Individual Rooms Inside The Buildings Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least One Business Day In Advance Before The Planned Entry. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Supplies Of Materials Necessary To Complete The Order At Least 1 Business Day Before The Planned Delivery. 2) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Existing Building, Therefore The Contractor May Carry Out Works Related To The Subject Of The Order On Working Days And Holidays, I.E. From Monday To Saturday, From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Allows Other Hours For The Contractor To Carry Out The Works After Prior Written Notice And The Ordering Partys Consent To Perform The Works At Other Hours And Dates.6. The Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes No. 25, No. 26 And No. 27 To The Swz, Are Only Auxiliary Documents And Do Not Constitute The Exclusive Basis
