1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment For The Construction Of The Center For Culture And Musical Education In Wadąg, Submitted To The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program Under The Name: Construction Of The County-Municipal Center For Culture And Musical Education In Wadąg As A Counteract To The Negative Social Effects After The Covid-19 Pandemic - Stage I. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Execution Of Task 1, Consisting In The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of The Center For Culture And Music Education In Wadąg, Together With The Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure With Adaptation To The Existing Road System, Obtaining A Set Of Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law And Legally Required Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Executive Design Documentation For All Industries, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Carrying Out Surveying Works And Obtaining Final Decisions On Building Permits Separately For Each Facility, I.E. The Local Government Music School, The Hall Of Warmia Cultural Initiatives And The Cultural Center; 2) Execution Of Task 2 Consisting In: A) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Two Buildings To An Open Shell State, I.E. The Local Government Music School And The Cultural Center, B) Delivery And Installation Of A Permanent Temporary Fence Protecting The Investment Area Against Access By Third Parties And Monitoring Cameras, Available From The Internet To The Ordering Party, C) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Covered By This Contract, I.E. In The Period From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site By The Ordering Party To The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of This Contract By The Investors Supervision And The Ordering Party. 3. Construction Works Under Task 2 Include Primarily The Following: 1) Earthworks, Including Leveling The Area Covered By The Investment And Structures Protecting The Area Against Subsidence; 2) Foundations With The Necessary Insulation; 3) Structural Walls And Ceilings; 4) Brick Internal Walls; 5) Vertical Communication; 6) Temporary Protection Of The Ceilings Of The Last Floor Of The Local Government Music School Against Weather Conditions; 7) Execution Of The Final Covering Roof Of The Cultural Center;8) Drainage Of Rainwater From The Roof Of The Cultural Center To The Installation Of An External Rainwater Drainage System;9) Drainage Of Rainwater From The Last Ceiling Of The Local Government Music School To The Installation Of An External Stormwater Drainage System;10) Stormwater Drainage System Discharging Precipitation From The Roof Of The Cultural Center To The Designed Underground Reten
