The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings (Front Buildings And Annexes) At Ul. Jagiellońska 9 In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Documentation By The Contractor Divided Into Two Separate Parts, Including: Part I. Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of Buildings; Part Ii. Containing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Development Of The Area Not Developed With Buildings. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Along With Annexes Constituting Its Integral Part, I.E. Designed Provisions Of The Contract Consisting Of The Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, Referred To As Wsu In The Order Documents, And The General Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement For Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Referred To As Owup In The Order Documents (Appendix No. 10 To Wsu) - Along With Annexes, I.E., Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 To The Contract And Building Finishing Standard - Annex No. 3 To The Contract And Documentation-Query - Annex No. 8 To The Contract.
