Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Buffer Retention Tank For Sewage At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Dłutów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Buffer Retention Tank For Sewage At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Dłutów, Taking Into Account All Necessary Industries. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With The Required Arrangements, Preceded By The Development Of An Architectural And Construction Concept, 2) Obtaining By The Contractor A Valid Building Permit/Notification Of Works Without Comments Or Objections To The District Office In Pabianice, Preceded By Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Consents, Administrative Decisions, Permits And Arrangements. 3. The Scope Of The Design Documentation Is To Include The Construction Of A Buffer Retention Tank, The Task Of Which Will Be To Protect The Sewage Treatment Plant Against Excessive Hydraulic Loads That May Occur During Heavy Torrential Rainfall, Temporary Collection Of Sewage Delivered By Slurry Tankers For The Purpose Of Their Safe And Cyclic Dosing Into The Technological System Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, And Temporary Retention Of Sewage Flowing Through The Sanitary Sewage System In The Event Of A Serious Failure In The Sewage Treatment Plants Technological Line That Requires The Inflow Of Sanitary Sewage To Be Stopped. It Is Planned To Design A Buffer Retention Tank With A Capacity Of Approx. 150 M3 Equipped With Dosing Pumps With A Frequency Converter In Order To Uniformly Dose Sewage Into The Existing Technological Line Of The Sewage Treatment Plant - The Grid Chamber. The Pump Operation Should Be Controlled Automatically, In A Time Cycle With The Possibility Of Setting The Break And Operation Time Of The Device. The Buffer Retention Tank Should Be Equipped With A Mixing System (To Minimize The Degree Of Deposition Of Sand And Other Sediments), Aeration (Elimination Of Possible Putrefaction Processes Of Sewage), With The Possibility Of Automatic Control Of The System Operation In A Time Cycle. The Technological Installation Discharging Sewage Should Be Equipped With An Emergency Overflow To Prevent The Tank From Overflowing In The Event Of Pump Failure. The Dimensions And Shape Of The Tank Must Enable The Retention Tank To Be Best Integrated Into The Existing Land Development, While Maintaining The Required Capacity Parameters. 4.
