Tenders Are Invited For Construction Works Consisting In Repairs, Renovations, Modernization And Reconstruction Of Storm Sewage Systems And Related Engineering Structures In The Kosakowo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Performance Of Repairs, Renovations, Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Storm Sewage System And Related Engineering Facilities In The Kosakowo Commune, Specified In: 1) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Included In The Template Agreement With Annexes, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.2. The Scope Of Emergency And Repair Works And The Amounts Of Work Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Bill Of Quantities Are Estimates And May Be Reduced Or Increased Depending On The Actual Needs Identified In The Field.3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Making Quantitative Shifts Between The Items Of The Bill Of Quantities, Changes In The Scope And Number Of Works To Be Performed As A Result Of The Ordering Partys Resignation From Implementing Part Of The Subject Of The Order Along With A Reduction Of The Contractors Remuneration. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And Quantity Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set At The Level Of At Least 50% Of The Contract Value, The Maximum Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is 100% Of The Contract Value. 5. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Use Materials And Construction Products Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Annexes To The Contract And Introduced To The Market In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Intended Use (Article 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, I.E.). The Materials And Devices Used Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). 6. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Appropriate Standards. All Materials And Devices Used To Complete The Order Must Have Valid Guarantees, Certificates, Approvals Or Certificates Allowing For Use In Construction. The Documents Should Be Presented For Inspection During Implementation, And The Complete Set Should Be Handed Over Before Final Acceptance.7. The Contractor Will Organize The Construction Site Using His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense, Will Ensure The Protection Of Property, Compliance With Environmental Protection Regulations And Maintenance Of Order At The Construction Site; After The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Will Restore The Construction Site To A Condition Consistent With Its Intended Use, And The Construction Site Should Be Clean And Tidy. 8.
