Grunwaldzka In Lubawa): A) Type Of Contract For Construction Works: - Method Of Payment To The Contractor Of Construction Works - Lump Sum Remuneration, - Tasks Are Carried Out In The Build System, - Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed, Including Design Documentation For The Execution Of Construction Works And Swz (Together With A Contract Template) For The Execution Of Construction Works Is Available On The Website Of The Proceedings At: Https://Spilawa.Ezaniąjacy.Pl/Pn/Spilawa/Demand/251999/Notice/Public/Details 3. The Subject Of The Order For Parts 1-3 Includes In Particular: 1) Exercising Investor Supervision Over The Construction Works Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, As Well As Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Order To Effectively Enforce The Above-Mentioned Implementation From The Contractor. Works, Services And Supplies In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Including In Particular The Design Documentation, Using Appropriate Quality Materials And Technologies, Settlement Of Works Based On The Contractual Costs Of Their Implementation And Completion Of The Works Within The Time Specified In The Contract; 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Template/Draft Contract; 3) The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Will Be Responsible For: Performing The Function Of Supervision Inspector In Accordance With Art. 25 And 26 Of The Construction Law, Standards And Other Provisions Of Polish Law, Technical Documentation And Stwiorb, As Well As Notification Of Works/Building Permits And Other Decisions And Permits, Performing Other Activities Referred To In The Contract Template (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task;
