Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Kitchen Furniture And Equipping It With Household Appliances For The Implementation Of The Task: Establishing A Community Self-Help Home In Zdzieszowice

1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Kitchen Furniture With Its Equipment For The Implementation Of The Task Establishment Of A Community Self-Help Home In Zdzieszowice, Located In Zdzieszowice 47-330 At Ul. Góry Św. Anny 21A.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Bringing, Assembly And Assembly Of Furniture Together With Household Appliances In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Connection To The Existing Network Electricity And Water And Sewage (If Applicable) And Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Specification Of The Order Terms And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Contractor Ensures That The Furniture And Household Appliances Covered By The Subject Of The Order Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And That The Offered Furniture And Equipment Are Brand New, Not Ex-Exhibition Items, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Assembly And Use), And Their Purchase And Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Do Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties. 5. By The Term Brand New, The Ordering Party Understands - Unused, Free From Defects, I.E. One That Is Manufactured From Scratch In Its Entire Production Process, Without The Use In Any Way Of Components Obtained From Other Previously Used Products, Coming From Current Production, In The Manufacturers Packaging, With The Manufacturers Trademark And Indication Of Origin, Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging. All Instructions And Labels Must Be Prepared In Polish. 6. Furniture And Household Appliances Must Meet The Same Color Range In Accordance With Applicable Health And Safety Regulations. 7. Furniture And Household Appliances Must Be Approved For Circulation And Use In European Union Countries. 8. All Furniture And Appliances Supplied Must Be Approved By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Before Their Delivery.9. All Photos And Sketches Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are For Illustrative Purposes Only.
