1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Wisznia Mała Commune And The Entities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations. Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of Wisznia Mała And Its Organizational Units. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Wisznia Mała Commune And Its Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier. To Perform The Above-Mentioned The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Appendix No. 4.1 To The Swz)2. Order - Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Listed In Annex 1 To Swz:1) Estimated Demand Electricity In The Period From The First Possible Deadline For Reporting A Change Of Supplier (The Estimated Value Of The Order Assumes A Period Of 11 Months) To December 31, 2026 Is 1,009,559 Kwh.
